BUSY SUMMER!!!

well, could i POSSIBLY be worse at this blogging?! i think not. excuse my lacking ability to keep this updated. However, i will try to fill you in on the last few months....

May - Best month of the year for sure! went on our AMAZING trip to Europe and saw most of Italy, Greece and went "island hopping" on the greek islands. FABULOUS.

June-Not too exciting...just working a TON and took on some more horse clients..i can't believe how wonderful my job is!

July- Alyssa's best friend Chandler and i took her on a suprise trip to Chicago for a weekend "away" from wedding stuff to gorge on amazing food and shop til we dropped. :) we had way too much fun. i also debuted my horse Eryx Meridious in his first show and he did INCREDIBLE. he really was an angel and i was SO proud of him! dan came to take pics and just be moral support..it was a great weekend as well!

August- has been INSANE so far...first week was filled with county fair where many students showed their horses and i was a proud peacock when my girls did amazing and even pulled off a GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP in one of their hunter/jumper classes! i also threw a bachelorette party for alyssa with chandler which was fun but a TON of work. More showers and busy weekends to follow up until the wedding. i can't believe she's gettting married in 2 weeks! crazy how time is flying this year!!! i'll try to post more faithfully this week of the last couple of months...here's some pics from the trip! :)

OK, I know that I'm weird, but I think it DEFINITELY runs in the family! :) She's just as goofy as me! Even my best friends are strange! Sorry Sarah! Last Beautiful days of Summer break...

Well! I've really been enjoying my vaca from school (hence the no blog postings lately..Sorry!) and i'm really bummed to have to go back on Monday. I've been enjoying my horse-time every day and NOT having to study! Oh well, it'll all be over in about 8 months... yeay ! :-) Here's a few pictures of our " shinanigans " over the last few weeks... That's right...I'M REALLY HOLDING MY OWN FISH!!! but Damon was so kind as to take it off the hook for me! ;-) And please notice that Dan's fish is MUCH smaller than mine! (Actually, Damon and Greg told me how to hold my fish to make it look bigger in the picture...it's really about the same size as Dan's it just looks much bigger :-) Ha! Anyway, hope everyone is having a great summer thus far, Adio's for now!

Breakfast Anyone?

So every Sat. or Sunday morning I try to make Dan a breakfast that's a little more than just dry cereal. These are by far our favorite's...My own receipe for Egg Souffle. :-) Just thought I'd share! If anyone would like the receipe let me know!
